Some people have a special gift for serving older adults. When we staff our caregivers, we look for people with a caring nature and a heart for service. Our caregivers include companions, personal care aides and live-ins. All of our caregivers are CPR certified, undergo thorough background checks, tested for TB, and must pass a written assessment test. Our caregivers are employees of Millennia Personal Care Services, covered by professional liability insurance, workers' compensation and employee dishonesty bond.

Training, education and developing the highest skills for all employees is an ongoing process. We have a strong commitment to our caregivers, evidenced through our orientation program, staff development efforts using a variety of training methods to provide both formal and active learning experiences, in-service training and provision of resources. Opportunities for our caregivers to expand their knowledge base demonstrate our commitment to their professional development and to our mission of delivering quality care.
