Throughout our anniversary year, 2 prizes will be given away
every month to family members and loved ones who conduct a FREE,
NO OBLIGATION, in-home assessment with our Social Worker. 2
prizes will be randomly selected at the end of each month from
those who have completed the in-home assessment and received

Essay Contests
Throughout our anniversary year, we will be offering various
essay contests especially designed for America's unsung heroes,
the approximately 45 million informal caregivers who work tirelessly
on behalf of their loved ones.
The first "America's Unsung Heroes" essay contest
offers family caregivers the opportunity to write about their
experiences, and a winner will be awarded with a much needed
rest from their caregiving duties. To enter the contest, family
caregivers must write an essay under 1,000 words, and describe
your caregiving experiences, including how you embraced the
role as a caregiver, some of the challenges you've faced, new
perspective gained due to caregiving, how you've impacted others
in the community and how a Millennia Personal Care Services
caregiver could make a difference in your life.
Your entry gives you a chance to win a grand prize $500 worth
of free care from Millennia Personal Care Services. Entries
will be accepted starting March 1, 2009 through December 1,
2009. Only one entry per person will be accepted. You must currently
be a person offering caregiving services to an older adult over
age 65. Essay
must be typed and contain the caregiver's name.
Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than December 1,
